Agreed ; however, the WArren / Berger Courts were ‘the Great Levelers’ to quote Atticus Finch.

It always has been since the beginning. The irony is that justice was designed with the stated purpose of protecting every citizen’s rights under the Constitution equally. However it has never done so unless that justice was in line with the interests of power and money.…

Agreed ; however, the WArren / Berger Courts were ‘the Great Levelers’ to quote Atticus Finch. Since then it has been a tougher ride. Same Sex ( marriage) decision was huge.
