Much to complain about. Yes, people are rude, messy and careless. That includes air B and B owners. We booked two dates near the tournament of roses date in 2019. Paid the deposits. And then got letters saying they were returning our deposit bc the owner could get much more $$ from others – so we were left high amd dry. Twice. So that’s the way people are. Probably not you or me.
