Lori: My wife and I have had a rough two weeks, and as former career teachers (and now in retirement as an author) we totally get what you are feeling. The Idea of realizing that a majority of voters would instill an unfit, undignified, dishonest, felon to the the freakin Presidency just makes one wonder what the character of the nation has devolved into.

So...I have something that will cheer you up. I wrote an inspiring memoir about a teacher's (like you) influence has transferred to my former students.
