Money spent on tech and its programs is the admin answer to most everything but the money needs to be spent on teachers - more of them, better quality of teachers… you want better lessons that challenge students? Hire qualified teachers. If there aren’t any— then raise salary and cut admin overhead. If you pay them and support them, they will come.
