Reverse Trump’s deregulations on the environment. Check. Unemployment way down. Check. Stock market up. Check. NATO stronger. Check. Infrastructure bill passed. Check. Adults in the room making decisions and they are highly qualified. Check. Biden releases his taxes and pays his fair share. Check. Perhaps the N Y TIMES editorial 4/18/22 is correct— in this polarized society, presidents are just not going to have the popular numbers as they may have decades ago. The longer they stay in office, the more cricks they receive from the media because bad news leads and feel good stories are reduced to the C Block.
