So you have millions or even billions of dollars and you want to be President? Best you read Barack Obama’s detailed explanation of eight years of struggle, celebration, and, most of all, his administration’s incredibly hard work in A Promised Land.
Perhaps, it would be beneficial to understand what the Constitution allows and does not.
