Okay. And Obama didn't bring 'investments' to WV? ObamaCare brought them insurance they could not afford. THe Federal Government is limited in what it can do--infrastructure , surely, is important to WV. Voting is not--according to Trumpish. Are minorities' rights important--only if the minority is WV coal miners? Coal is important but it is a dying industry and Trump did nothing to change that. If WV had their way fossil fuels (coal) would contunue to be a money loser and the climate would be doomed. So I guess the best thing Joe M can do is try his damnest to educate these folks and get them hired to build solar panels.
