She just came across as too practiced and sometimes just not poignant. I’ve seen Margaret Brennen just nail it when the story comes back to her. It’s hard to quantify but I just felt Margaret got IT AND HER EYES AND VOICE CAME ACROSS TO ME AS EMPATHETIC.
