The Gore decision stopped the recount. In Florida’s voting Bush May have been the winner of the popular vote. May have. We will never know for sure. And thus the electoral college winner. History will not look fondly on that 5/4 decision. See Iraq/ fossil fuels/ economy meltdown and Saudi Arabia 9.11 attackers
