Um. We called that kick ball.

Long ago there was a primitive version of baseball in which a ball caught on a bounce was an out, a runner was eliminated by being hit by a thrown ball, and pitches were thrown underhand. Today’s baseball is more advanced, but there’s still room for improvement.
